本政策说明 WeekNote（以下简称"本应用"）在您使用本应用时，会收集哪些信息、如何使用与共享这些信息，以及您可以如何行使自己的权利。本应用由个人开发者开发和运营，联系方式见文末。

四、数据存储与安全

您的数据保存在我们自行运营的服务器数据库中，通过 HTTPS 加密传输，登录密码以加密哈希方式存储，账号访问基于令牌（JWT）鉴权。我们会采取合理的技术和管理措施保护您的数据，但无法保证绝对安全。

五、数据保留

只要您的账号存在，我们会持续保存上述数据以提供服务。测试阶段（内部测试/封闭测试）的数据可能因测试需要被清空，恢复出厂或重置服务器。

六、您的权利与账号注销

您可以随时通过文末联系方式，向我们申请：查询、更正、导出您的个人数据，或申请删除您的账号及全部关联数据（笔记、报告、订阅记录等）。我们会在收到申请后合理时间内（通常不超过 15 个工作日）处理并回复。

七、儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁（或您所在地区法律规定的相应年龄）以下的儿童，我们不会在明知的情况下收集儿童的个人信息。如您发现儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过文末方式联系我们，我们会及时删除。

八、政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策，更新后会修改文首的"最后更新日期"。重大变更将通过应用内公告或应用商店更新说明告知您。建议您定期查阅本页面。

WeekNote Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information WeekNote ("the App") collects, how it is used and shared, and how you can exercise your rights. The App is developed and operated by an individual developer; contact details are at the end of this page.

The App is currently in Google Play closed testing. Server data may be reset or cleared for testing purposes, so please do not rely on it as the sole copy of irreplaceable content.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your email address; if you set a password, only a salted hash is stored, never the plain password; if you sign in with Google, we store the unique account identifier returned by Google (not your Google password).
Content you create: note titles, body text, categories, dates, colors, pinned status, and AI-generated weekly/monthly report content, stored on our server to enable cross-device sync.
Device and usage data: an anonymous device identifier, app version, OS platform, and AI report generation/quota usage records, used for quota limits, troubleshooting, and service statistics.
Subscription information: transaction identifiers, status, and expiry dates for subscriptions purchased via Google Play Billing, processed through the third-party service RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
Feedback: the category and description text you submit via "Settings → Feedback".
Device permissions: network access (required for all online features); photo/file access (used only when you choose to attach an image to a note); microphone access (used only when you record a voice memo attached to a note). Images and voice memos are stored locally on your device only — they are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.

2. How We Use Information

To provide account login and cross-device sync of notes and reports;
To send the text of your notes to a third-party AI service (Alibaba Cloud DashScope / Qwen) to generate weekly/monthly report summaries;
To verify and manage your subscription via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing;
To send login verification codes to your email via Resend or a standard SMTP provider;
To process feedback you submit;
To maintain service security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.

Please avoid recording highly sensitive information (e.g. ID numbers, bank account numbers) in notes that you do not want sent to the third-party AI service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the data necessary to provide the features above with the following service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google (Sign-In, Play Billing)
RevenueCat (subscription verification)
Alibaba Cloud DashScope / Qwen (AI report generation)
Resend or a standard SMTP email provider (verification emails)

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the App, our users, or the public.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our own server database, transmitted over HTTPS, with passwords stored as salted hashes and account access secured via token-based (JWT) authentication. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain the data above for as long as your account exists to provide the service. During internal/closed testing, data may be cleared or the server reset for testing purposes.

6. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may contact us at any time using the details below to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account and all associated data (notes, reports, subscription records, etc.). We will respond and process such requests within a reasonable time, typically within 15 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be announced in the App or in the app store release notes. Please check this page periodically.
